About Me

From "The Dot.com Bubble" to "The Great Tech Reset", I've had the privilege of acquiring 25 years of diverse and versatile professional recruiting experiences.​  I cut my teeth in the trenches of big-box recruiting agencies (K-Force) before diving into the dynamic corporate world of big tech (Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, VMware) and then navigating the exciting, unpredictable arena of high-growth startups (Namely, Atlas).  I strive to collaborate and innovate, which led me to co-author a US patent for a prototype that analyzes non-traditional resumes using sentiment analysis.

I've recruited, coached, and advised candidates from early in their careers to the executive level.  I've guided objective, data-driven hiring decisions across a variety of business verticals, including but not limited to eCommerce, gaming, entertainment, healthcare, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, AR/VR, computer vision, and generative AI.​I've sourced, screened, and hired software engineers, ML engineers, data engineers, product managers, data scientists, applied scientists, research scientists, UI/UX designers, game designers, 3D artists, narrative designers, and marketing/sales representatives, to name a few.

As a professional recruiter with a strong sense of empathy, I strive to curate a positive candidate experience. This trait led me to open a career coaching practice, where I provide personalized, high-touch consulting to professionals seeking guidance on interview preparation, resume evaluation, compensation negotiation, job search strategy, and career transitions.
