ABOUT THE COACH

Carlos Hattix has over 25 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter. He spent a decade recruiting for big box agencies such as KForce.  He's spent 10 years recruiting inside Big Tech to include Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, and VMware.  He most recently recruited for a Series E and Series C start-up respectively. 

He has meticulously reviewed thousands of resumes, interviewed two decades worth of candidates, and has sat in hundreds of interview debrief meetings advising hiring managers.  

He has coached and guided candidates and clients through resume reviews, mock interviews, compensation negotiations and career counseling.
