I’ve worked across major players like Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, and VMware, as well as fast-moving startups, giving me a front-row seat to what great hiring looks like in both scale and speed.
My experience spans industries from gaming to generative AI, and I’ve hired nearly every role under the sun — software engineers, PMs, designers, data scientists, and beyond. I even co-authored a U.S. patent for a prototype that analyzes non-traditional resumes using sentiment analysis. But more than titles or logos, what drives me is helping people. A system for analyzing resumes. The system includes an electronic computing device, including an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to receive a selection of a resume and determine a first set of terms included in both the resume and a sentiment dictionary. The sentiment dictionary includes a plurality of terms organized in a plurality of categories. The electronic processor is also configured to generate a visual representation of information included in the resume based on the first set of terms.
