Single sessions are one-off deep dives for focused help with resumes, interview prep, or salary negotiation. 

Retainer plans (Co-Pilot 6 or Co-Pilot-12) offer ongoing support and relationship-based coaching so we can guide your full career arc, not just fix one thing.

Either 6 (Career Co-Pilot 6)  or 12 (Career Co-Pilot 12) live 1-on-1 coaching sessions, unlimited asynchronous support via text, email, or LinkedIn, full access to resume reviews, mock interviews, job search strategy, and salary negotiation prep.  Most importantly, a trusted partner who helps you stay clear, confident, and accountable

➤ Why should I invest in a retainer instead of one session at a time?

Because real career change isn’t transactional. The Co-Pilot model builds momentum and lets your coach get to know you deeply. The better I know you, the better I can advocate, strategize, and tailor solutions for your growth.

➤ Do you help with salary negotiation and offer reviews?

Absolutely. I’ll help you prep for comp calls, review offers, and ask for more without sounding greedy or blowing the deal.

➤ Do sessions expire?

Yes, but there’s breathing room built in.  Co-Pilot 6: Valid for 6 months.  Co-Pilot 12: Valid for 12 months.  Use them when you need them, there’s no pressure to rush.

➤ What’s asynchronous coaching?

Async means you can get help without booking a live session.  This is for when you have those one-off questions that doesn't require a one hour video meeting.  Need feedback on a draft email to a recruiter? Got a LinkedIn DM you want to perfect? Wondering how to interpret a cryptic message from a recruiter? Just message me, we’ll handle it fast and smart.

➤ Can I try a session before committing to a retainer?

Yes. Book a single session to experience the value firsthand. If you upgrade to a Co-Pilot plan within 7 days, I’ll apply that session fee to your retainer.

➤ How quickly can I get started?

Usually within 24-48 hours.  Once you book, I’ll send you a quick intake form and a calendar link to schedule your session.  If you're in crisis mode (impending interview or offer deadline), let me know—I'll do my best to fast-track you.
