• Retainer plans (Co-Pilot 6 or Co-Pilot-12) offer ongoing support and relationship-based coaching so we can guide your full career arc, not just fix one thing.

• Need help with everything? Go with a Co-Pilot plan. 

• Not sure? Start with a single session—you can always upgrade and apply the fee toward a retainer.

• Live 1-on-1 coaching sessions (6 or 12 session plans),

➤ Why should I invest in a retainer instead of one session at a time?

Because real career change isn’t transactional. The Co-Pilot model builds momentum and lets your coach get to know you deeply. The better I know you, the better I can advocate, strategize, and tailor solutions for your growth.

➤ Do you help with salary negotiation and offer reviews?

Absolutely. I’ll help you prep for comp calls, review offers, and ask for more without sounding greedy or blowing the deal.

➤ Do sessions expire?

Yes, but there’s breathing room built in.  Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.    Use them when you need them, there’s no pressure to rush (within the 6 month time frame that is:)

➤ What’s asynchronous coaching?

Async means you can get help without booking a live session.  This is for when you have those:

• One-off questions that doesn't require a one hour video meeting. 

• Need feedback on a draft email to a recruiter?

• You have a LinkedIn DM you want to perfect?

• Wondering how to interpret a cryptic message from a recruiter?

• Wondering if you should request a referral from a LinkedIn First Connection even though you do not know this person personally or professionally?

➤ Can I try a session before committing to a retainer?

Yes.  Book a single session to experience the value firsthand.  If you want to upgrade to a Co-Pilot plan at a later date you can use the value of your single session toward the total cost of a career co-pilot plan. For example, if you purchased a Mock Interview ($300 value), but then decide you want to join the Career CoPilot plan, you can subtract $300 from the total cost of the Career CoPilot Plans.

➤ How quickly can I get started?

Usually within 24-48 hours.  Once you book, I’ll send you a quick intake form and a calendar link to schedule your session.  If you're in crisis mode (impending interview or offer deadline), let me know—I'll do my best to fast-track you.
